A state of the art specialist imaging service in central London exploiting 3T MRI technology to provide superb diagnostic images in the areas of cancer diagnostics, neurological imaging and musculoskeletal imaging, all supported by a 'walk in' ultrasound service.
State of the art prostate cancer diagnostics & therapies, including multi parametric 3T MRI imaging supported by world class reporting, mobile transperineal template biopsy & histopathology services and prostate cancer HIFU therapy, a non-invasive alternative to surgery to destroy prostate cancer lesions. This is a mobile service supported by application specialists and surgical proctors.

Announcement - New Acquisition
The Nuada Medical Group is pleased to announce that on 8th March 2013 it completed a transaction to purchase Mobile HIFU UK Ltd including its Targetscan transperineal template biopsy business. As part of this agreement Paul Miller has joined the Board of Directors of Nuada Medical Group and will also become Clinical Director for Urology, Tim Larner will be acting as an advisory consultant to the Group on a part time basis, and Charles Le Bosquet has joined the Nuada Medical team.
This acquisition is another step in the development of Nuada Medical’s Prostate Care business. Nuada Medical, via its imaging centre at Queen Anne Street in Central London, has the most experience in the country of providing multiparametric MRI scans at 3T for the diagnosis of prostate cancer, and follow-up after treatment.
Targetscan complements Nuada's Prostate Mapping subsidiary, broadening the offers it makes available to Urologists and hospitals which now range from the hire of equipment, through to training, applications support in theatre and a histopathology service. In terms of biopsy we support everything from targeted sampling of lesions detected through our 3T MRI and world class reporting service through to full 5mm prostate mapping.
The acquisition of the HIFU assets means Nuada Medical Prostate Care is now in a position to offer both HIFU technologies, Ablatherm and Sonablate, to support whole gland ablation, semi ablation, focal therapy and salvage following disease recurrence post radiotherapy.
