Specialist training: Dr. Saifuddin qualified from The University of Manchester Medical School in 1984 and undertook my radiology training in Leeds, obtaining Fellowship of The Royal College of Radiologists in 1992.
Clinical activities and interests/research
Dr. Saifuddin was appointed as Consultant Radiologist to The RNOHT in 1994 and is the senior radiologist on this site. Dr. Saifuddin has a major interest in the imaging of bone and soft tissue tumours, being the Lead Radiologist for the MDT and is also responsible for maintaining an archive of bone and soft tissue tumours, which has been running for 8 years.
Dr. Saifuddin has published numerous chapters on bone tumour imaging and over 100 papers in peer reviewed national and international journals.
